Due to changes in the Companies Act that came into force on 1st October 2009, Limited company directors may now elect to use their registered office as their personal contact address rather than their home address on the public register. The ‘service address’ must be a real street address rather than a PO Box.
Provides protection for the director from fraud or unwanted contact and is for use in addition to the registered office service for your company (available separately). This fee covers registering a single director at the registered office for one year.
Please Note: this fee only covers the use of our office for forwarding of official government and Companies House correspondence. If you wish to have normal business mail forwarded from our address you will also need to purchase one of our Mail Forwarding/Virtual Address Packages.
